Shipping Details & Processing Time

  • We ship via USPS Standard Shipping, which is calculated at checkout based on your package size and location.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before your package ships.
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
  • If you need faster shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Important Notes

  • Once an order is dropped off at USPS, it is out of our control. We have no affiliation with USPS and cannot guarantee shipping times.
  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or marked 'delivered' items.
  • However, all packages are insured up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged, you can file a claim directly with USPS by searching "USPS Claims Support" online.
  • We cannot refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their delivery estimates.

Combining Multiple Orders

If you place multiple orders, we’ll automatically combine them and adjust shipping costs accordingly—no need to email us!  Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates if orders are merged.

Returns + Refunds

We hope you absolutely love your Simply Limitless purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If an item isn’t the perfect fit, we gladly accept returns for store credit (Simply Limitless e-gift card) within 7 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, strong odors (like smoke), or any signs of wear.
  • Items that don’t meet these standards will not be eligible for return or may be subject to a cleaning/restocking fee.
  • If an item arrives defective, please email us at simplylimitlessboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Final Sale Items:

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Items purchased at 20% off or more
* Sale, warehouse, or clearance items

How to Return Your Item:

  • Visit our "Start a Return" page to log into our self-serve return portal.
  • A prepaid $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
  • You have 7 days from when your return label is issued to send your package back.
  • Returns sent after this timeframe may be subject to a $20 restocking fee.
  • You can combine multiple returns into one package—just ensure all items are approved in the portal.

Packaging Requirements:

Returns must be sent in original packaging or within USPS-approved sizes:

  • Poly mailers: 10x13” or 14x19”
  • Boxes: No larger than 12x12” (if exceeding, additional USPS fees will apply and be deducted from your credit).

Do NOT use a USPS Priority Mail package with our prepaid return label. Additional fees will be charged to retrieve your package.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size, return the original item and repurchase the correct one.
  • Store credit is valid for 60 days from the issue date—don’t let it go to waste!

Please allow 5-10 business days from the time your return reaches us for processing. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your e-credit gift card.

Store Credit Expiration: You have 60 days from the issue date to use your store credit. If not used within this time, it will expire.

Defective Items

We want you to receive your Simply Limitless pieces in perfect condition! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at simplylimitlessboutique@gmail.com with a photo of the defect.

If we are not notified within 2 days of delivery, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution. Clothing patterns may also vary slightly. These do not qualify as defects, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
